Tech Mahindra – Allotment of equity shares
Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 18, 2010 for issue and allotment of a total of 535,700 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, as under:
- 450,000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan
2004 (ESOP 2004).
- 85,700 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan
2006 (ESOP 2006).
