Subhash Projects touches fresh 52-week high on bagging new orders worth Rs 457.21 crore
Subhash Projects & Marketing (SPML) has received new projects for a value of Rs. 457.21 crore in association with MoU partner Om Metals Infra Projects for the work of construction of civil, hydro-mechanical and electrical works of Kalisindh Gravity Dam under single point responsibility turnkey job basis.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 167.90, up by 4.75 rupees or 2.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 163.15 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The stock opened at Rs. 164.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 172.90 and Rs. 162, respectively.
So far 204,727 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE ‘B’ group stock of face value Rs. 2 each has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 172.90 on 04-May-2010 i.e. today and a 52 week low of Rs. 67.25 on 12-May-2009.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 172.90 and Rs. 155.60, respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 597.40 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.56% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.84% and 32.60%, respectively.
After establishing its leadership in the contracting business, SPML has proven business capabilities in water, energy, environment and infrastructure domain, on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis. SPML group is developing infrastructure projects with projected investments worth Rs 150 billion. SPML group has diversified into ports, SEZs, urban infrastructure and waste management through these PPP/BOOT models.
