Corporation Bank – Change in Directorate
Corporation Bank has informed BSE that in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Nationalised Banks
(Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1980, the Central Government has nominated, Shri Lalit Kumar, Director (Insurance) Department of Financial Services, New Delhi, as the Director of the Bank representing the Central Government with effect from December 09, 2009 vice Shri Mukul Singhal.
