From appended weekly chart we can make out that this pharmaceuticals counter offered a fantastic breakout in May’09 from a range bound phase of almost four months.

Thereafter prices offered a nice rally taking support of middle Bollinger band from 175 level till 452 in April’10 where the rally got capped. The stock

topped out and lost its steam owing to profit booking and witnessed a sharp fall till May’10 where the downfall was restricted at the same middle Bollinger

band that acted as support at 375 level.

With last weeks breakout stock surpassed crucial value resistance of 421 quite convincingly signalling bulls are in complete control of this counter. RSI too

took support of 60 and turned up reaffirming bullish bias. With counter now registering life high and bulls are gripping this counter we advise buying at current level (465) and on dips to 440 keeping stop loss below 428 for targets around 495 / 510.

The counter got refreshed in Mar ’09 at 30 levels and resumed its uptrend. During May’09 on back of aggressive buying, stock got fresh boost subsequent to surpassing 40 week SMA and offered a nice rally till 182.

After having rocketed from 30 to 182 and also because the trend had got a tad overstretched stock slipped into consolidation till Jan’10. A small attempted

pullback got arrested at 141 level (38.2 % retracement of swing from 73 to 182) and resumed up move from Mar’10 once again.

Moving to recent price action, we observe that the counter is taking support of 40 week SMA. With last weeks strong bullish candle and rising RSI, this suggests positive moves ahead. With overall setup looking good, we recommend a buy around 173 and on dips to 158 for target of 190 / 203, keeping a stop below 150.

After forming a “hammer” pattern the prices of this counter bottomed out and the upward movement gained strength after overcoming resistance of 40-week SMA in March’09 forming a bullish candle.

The stock since then moved up nicely only to find resistance in Oct’09 of an ascending Gann line (from Jan’08 high) and we can note that the inability of the prices to rise any higher led to a collapse as prices came tumbling down during Nov 09.

The 40-week SMA came to its rescue and halted the decline in March’10 and resumed the uptrend in the following sessions. With last week’s breakout, stock surpassed the hurdle of mentioned Gann line along with strong resistance of value area around 273 signaling that bulls are now active in this counter. Last two sessions displayed rise in volumes

Signaling positive trend ahead. We advise buying at current level (282) and on dips to 268 keeping stop loss below 260 for targets around 304 / 315.

Attached alongside is the daily chart of ACC with a 13 DMA (prices holding since Oct 09), Fibonacci lines and value area marked on it. All these context definers are combined to produce good supports around 890 levels.

The stock after witnessing profit booking pressure from the recent high of 929, has now approached this region where the above mentioned support clusters coincide. This region has also acted as a good support in the last month and hence it is quite likely that it may attract some buyers back into the game. Prices on Friday, managed to find support here and held well above the same suggesting some demand seeping into the counter at lower levels. In sync with this pullback we also notice that the volumes activity dwindling during this dip, suggests some rallies if a follow through is seen here. Buy if the prices continue to hold above 890 levels. Targets at 970-990 / 1080, stoploss below 880. Important level to watch out for is at 930.

Banking sector is amongst those that has been pretty active in Friday’s session. With most of the PSU Banks producing strong trended moves, one can also see strong buying activity picking up with good pattern on the Technical charts in Bank Of Baroda as well. Prices have been going through a short term on solidation in the past few weeks.

A “hammer” in January 2009 halted declines in this realty counter with prices touching a low of 26. Stock moved up gradually discovering support of ascending Gann Line, albeit on lower volumes.

However, retracement level of 123 proved to be a resistance in June 2009, resulting in stock giving some of its gains. Prices recovered a few weeks later but once again hit ceiling in August, with multiple efforts to overcome 123 resulting in failure. Weekly chart reflect that bears dragged down prices but value area of 92 (open of long-bullish candle of week-ended August 21, proved to be strong support. This hotel counter stalled its sharp decline at 14.45 in March 2009. Lower levels attracted buying interest resulting in prices stage recovery. Stock completed rounding pattern at 46, but “dark-cloud” cover at this value area in June 2009, short-circuited further advanced.

Prices have since then formed a couple of rounding patterns though of smaller degree, but each signifying continued accumulation. This counter lost its sheen with prices being reduced from high of 480 (December 2007) to low of 32.50 (March 2009). Lower levels attracted buying interest and resulted in bulls staging a recovery. Though 40-week EMA proved to be a resistance, positive sentiments that had returned in broader markets had a spilling effect on this counter too, leading to EMA being crossed in May-end 2009. But unable to do much prices slipped from retracement level of 141 a few weeks later.

Weekly chart reflect that stock barring a few weeks in July has held above aforementioned EMA, indicating solidity of this support. Moving to this weeks action, prices during yesterdays trade moved up and with volumes and momentum picking up we expect prices to rise further and go past beyond resistance of 141. With action in mid-cap continuing, we recommend a buy in this counter.

Prices of this counter skyrocketed subsequent to its March 2009 low of 25. Stock raced higher and touched high of 95 in June, generating decent return for its value investors in a short span of three-months. Bears hit back at 95 levels and dragged prices lower, but 40-week EMA proved to be a support during mid-July 2009. Weekly chart reflect that this EMA since then has been acting as a good floor, halting subsequent declines. Stock has also been taking support at retracement level of 78 since past few weeks, a sign that longs are still favoring this counter.

Volumes too are seeing a pick-up alerting of fresh bullishness that has set in this stock. Rising RSI too confirms the same. Though 95 may pose a threat, with momentum siding bulls, we expect the hurdle to be crossed this time around. Buy
